Delete your K MUSIC account

You can permanently delete your K MUSIC account directly from the mobile app.

How to delete your account

1. Open K MUSIC.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open the Account section.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the deletion notice.
6. Continue and type ELIMINAR when prompted.
7. Confirm Delete.

What deletion covers

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account:

• your account record, authentication credentials, profile, roles, and other account-linked personal information are removed;
• chat messages you sent are deleted;
• reports directly associated with deleted messages, and reports submitted by the deleted account, may also be removed;
• previously approved and published music or other catalog content may remain available without an active ownership link to the deleted account;
• certain historical moderation, security, and rights records may be retained for platform integrity, evidentiary purposes, legal obligations, or enforcement of K MUSIC's Terms.

What is kept, and why

Some records are kept even after an account ends, because deleting them would destroy evidence that we or others may legitimately need:

• Rights declarations — your statement that you held the rights to a song. These are the evidence that supports how a copyright claim is resolved.
• Acceptances of legal terms — evidence that a document was accepted.
• Moderation records — evidence of what was reviewed and decided.

Where records are kept after an account ends, we keep only what is necessary for the purpose that justifies keeping them.

We do not keep these records indefinitely as a matter of course. Each category above is kept only while the purpose that justifies keeping it still applies — the duration of a legal obligation, the life of a dispute or a copyright claim, or the period during which the record may still be needed for security or audit purposes — and is deleted once that purpose has ended.
